Yoga Classes for All Levels

We offer a range of yoga classes offline and online suitable for all levels. We will guide you through each class and help you achieve your yoga goals.


Morning Sessions : 6.30 am - 7.05 am (Online on weekdays)

Monday Evening: 5.15 pm - 6.30 pm (Donnington Village Hall)

Meditation (Last Sunday of every Month) : 8.30pm - 9.10pm (Online)

Group Yoga Sessions (Offline)

Group yoga classes are suitable for a wide range of individuals, particularly those who enjoy the energy and motivation of practicing with others. They offer a sense of community, structure, and variety, making them a great option for beginners or those looking to explore different yoga styles. Group classes can also be beneficial for individuals who thrive in a more organized setting and enjoy the social aspect of yoga.  

 

  • Group classes follow a structured schedule and sequence, which can be helpful for maintaining a consistent practice. 
  • Group classes often offer a variety of styles, allowing you to find one that resonates with you. 
  • Knowing you're attending class with others can encourage you to show up and maintain a regular practice. 
  • Group yoga can provide a sense of belonging and community, which can improve mental and emotional well-being. 

Group Yoga Sessions (Online 35min (Weekdays))

These 35 min classes are designed for the individuals who want to practice daily on different muscle groups.

  • Daily Yoga practice can help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. 
  • Regular yoga practice can help reduce stress levels and promote relaxation. 
  • Yoga can improve focus and concentration. 
  • Research's found that practicing yoga can help prevent weight gain during middle adulthood and may even lead to weight loss for those who are overweight. 
  • 35-minute classes are a manageable time commitment for busy schedules. 
  • From beginners to experienced practitioners, group classes can be adapted to suit individual needs and abilities. 

Meditation Sessions 40min (Online)

                                                  (Last Sunday of Every Month)


 Meditation classes are beneficial for reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus and attention, and enhancing emotional regulation. They can also help with insomnia, lower blood pressure, and potentially improve weight management. Regular practice can lead to a greater sense of calm, emotional stability, and overall well-being.  


 Mental and Emotional Health:

  • Stress Reduction: Meditation can help lower stress levels by releasing physical tension and easing worries, according to the NHS. 
  • Anxiety Reduction: Studies show that mindfulness, a common form of meditation, can help with reduction in anxiety and depression. 
  • Improved Focus and Awareness: Regular meditation practice can enhance focus and attention, leading to better concentration and memory. 
  • Improved Communication and Relationships: By developing emotional regulation and self-awareness, meditation can lead to better communication and stronger relationships. 


 Physical Health:

  • Better Sleep: Meditation can help improve sleep quality and shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. 
  • Lower Blood Pressure: Meditation can help lower blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart and blood vessels.

Private Yoga Sessions (1-1)

 Looking for a more personalized approach to your yoga practice? Our private yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. We will work with you one-on-one to help you deepen your practice.

Private yoga sessions differ from a group class, the intention of a group class is set by the Yoga teacher – to provide a class to a wider audience, while taking note of the various health conditions the class will be more generalized. Whereas in a private session they are specific and unique to the student – taking into account health, fitness level, available time and goals - what is it you want to achieve out of your yoga practice.

​It might be that you are new to Yoga and want to get familiar with the ‘foundation’ asanas (postures) before heading into a public class. Or perhaps you are more experienced and want to delve deeper into specific areas of yoga from a mental, emotional, health ailment perspective and how this can help your own personal journey.

​A private class will start by developing an initial practice based on what you need, want and are willing to do. In consecutive sessions progress is reviewed and we make slight changes to the practice if needed. The effectiveness of the practice will be reviewed after its been done consistently for some time.

Private classes are available on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, couples or groups, in person or online. Prices will vary depending upon requirements, please contact us to discuss further.

Yoga Workshops and Retreats

Join us for one of our yoga workshops or retreats and immerse yourself in the practice. We offer a variety of themed workshops and retreats throughout the year, led by experienced instructors and guest teachers.
